It was on Black Friday sale and I was in the line it took one hour to be in the store store stuff was taking with another stuff while we are waiting I think one of them could take care of us and run the store more faster

When I walked in the store, there was two associates helping customers. One was finishing up and went into the back , while the other associate continued with her customer. I stood and waited for 10 minutes before the associate finally came from the back. She was not intrested in showing me any merchandise, she expected me to just know what I wanted and to leave the store. I felt very racially profiled and I will not be returning to this location again. As a 7 time repeat customer I have never experienced this before and it was a turn off.

I do not like Pandora store in King of Prussia mall.Inventory was all over the place,assocate have a hard time finding pieces I want it.In the end we just brought what was available ,not what we came for.

It took approximately one hour before we received any service. There is a need to have a few more sales associates working during the busy holiday season especially on the weekend before Christmas.

The salesperson in the store I went was not very knowledge about the product. She has a very long nails which make her difficult to put the charm and clip in the bracelet. My mom and I was watching struggling for about 10 minutes.

The sales associate was new. Therefore she does get a limited pass. However she did not know the sales that were offered at the time. I would not have known about the sales being offered if I had not overheard the other sales associates detailing them to their respective customers. My sales associate could not navigate the ipad / device used to complete the sale. I have used this location MANY times. and was completely satisfied,however this was the worst experience I have had in this location.

The sales associate did not tend to what items I wanted to see. She more or less just pulled out trays of charms. Then proceeded to tell us what she liked

Lorena the sales associate was not friendly. As soon as I walked in she questioned if I could afford to shop at the store. She kept making smart remarks through my time shopping with her. I would not recommend pandora based on my experience with this sales associate

I had purchased two charms from here an when I got home I opened the bag an seen there was only one charm in there an then realized the associate didn’t put my other charm that I purchased in the bag . Now I gotta take time out my day to drive an hour back up there to figure all this out !
