This location had the charm I wanted for 10 more than on Pandora website. I asked about this and wanted to purchase for price on website. The manager would not honor the price.

I had received an email to get a free charm as a gift. However, unfortunately no Pandora store had the charm. The associated helped by making calls to some of the local Pandora stores.

I was not greeted when I walked through the front door. I walked around the store for some time before anyone asked if I was helped. When it did come to purchasing my charm the associate never asked if there was anything specific I was looking for just if I had a charm in mind....over all not happy with friendliness off the associate

I didn't say I wasn't satisfied. My bracelet was purchased in 2018 and the clasp broke. I just think outside of the warranty it should be able to be replaced and I should not have to buy a new one. It was a Mother's Day present from my daughter

When I arrived, 3 sales associates were with customers. I asked a 4th associate who was in the back of the store stocking merchandise to assist me and she said 1 of the others would help me. When they continued to be busy, the 4th associate assisted me. Apparently she thinks stocking merchandise is more important than assisting customers.

The wait was much too long for a early Friday morning. I waited for almost an hour and the store was not crowded. There were only 3 available associates that I saw. I think it is ridiculous to only have 3 people working for the post holiday rush. I was satisfied with the speed of my exchange once I was seen after waiting for an hour.

Had to wait in line to speak with someone. When it was our turn to meet with a designer, we felt rushed during the selection and check out process.

Sales associate could have cared less I was there- didn’t know the product or availability of options I had in mind
