I received an email telling me about a promotion. I arrived at the store but I was not eligible to participate in the promotion. Admittedly I should have read the email in it’s entirety but I felt even more disappointed by the cavalier attitude of the staff. It was like “oh well you are not qualified”. As a long time customer I would have appreciated “I’m sorry…. Perhaps we could assist you with planning another trip when you are eligible for the sale, is there something we can do to make this trip a good experience…..” Anything would be better than the reception I received from the salesperson as well as managerial staff

There was only 3 salesperson and I waited for about 35-40 minutes.

I was originally greeted and being helped by a “trainee” which was interrupted by her fellow coworker who in an unprofessional manner corrected the way she was helping me. I did not appreciate the way she was spoke to and I’m sure the trainee also did not appreciate the manner of her “corrections.”

Should not gone this time of year. Felt rushed. Salesperson not helpful in offering selections, and will be returning items.

The lady Ericka that works at KOP is horrible. I have a Pandora card and the benefits aren’t large so one of the benefits is to get in before others because I’m VIP. She did it one time i was there then when they was busy yesterday she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about. She’s always lying and always has a attitude when she doesn’t understand or just because. Me and my mother always have a problem with her when we go to KOP. It’s so sad

I drove to the Pandora store in KOP , stood in line waited to do an exchange in store and possibly purchase another charm , waited in line then finally serviced by the same person who took my name 30 mins later after the line began to get long , if that was possible why didn’t she just complete my exchange from the start instead of making me wait to never get into the store , I was unable to see the charms on display and didn’t purchase another charm because I didn’t get into the store

There was no line and just one other customer in the store and I felt rushed. The rep wasn’t very helpful and acted like it was a problem when we asked questions
