The store did not have a catalog available to look at and when I asked for a specific charm I had seen online, I was told it was not available instore. I then asked to order it, and I was told they could not order it. I would have been better off ordering online or going to another merchant that sell pandora rather then going to an actual pandora store, I made a special trip to this store thinking I would have more selections. I was very dissappointed.

I am a former Pandora employee. I knew more about the products than some of the staff. Most of the staff in there were very nice and helpful. But not all. As far as cleaning jewelry, we used to have to take the charms off. We know that if a charm or bracelet is shine or rose gold , that it will come off in the cleaning solution. My shine lion king charm is now almost completely silver as well as some rose gold I had on another charm. When I asked if they noticed this , I was told that Pandora has never taken off charms . I then restated that I worked in the same store less than 5 years ago. I was then told that the rules changed and was just told “sorry” and basically it’s nothing they can do. I then said they should tell people that because that is major. My uncle searched high and low to get me that Charm and now it looks silver basically.

I’m a charms collector for every US state I visit. I’m glad Philly has something I’m looking for. The staff showed me what she had. To be honest those charms looked so old and scratched (like it’s a used one). The staff doesn’t help much with cleaning or explaining. Also, I’m the only customer in the store while there are 4-5 staff in there. Had one assisting me with the purchase but the rest just chitchatting “quite loud” actually. Overall it’s a pretty disappointing visiting experience at this store.

Sales Associate had an attitude. My daughter who was visiting wanted a ring. If she was not with me I would have walked out without purchasing anything.

The lady wouldn’t let us see the charms as if we were going to take them she made me feel very uncomfortable like I was a thief the other stores never treated me like that

Was in line for over an hour but associates consistently pulled people behind me out of line and would bring them in the store.

I waited in line for approximately an hour. Only 2 sales associates working during the holidays is not acceptable.

There were 6 people working. The line wrapped around the if Bloomingdales . Yet , 2 of the people working were not serving customers. Registers were available but the managers just walked the line . Also half the staff was not wearing masks 😷‼️‼️‼️The store is the size of a box . There was no way social distancing could be practiced. So at the very least everyone should have had on a mask . The distance between the sales rep and the customer was less than 2 ft. This is wrong and the Mangement should Lead by example ‼️

Had a broken charm they did not want to fix it or exchange it because because they could not find a receipt. When it was a gift for me.
