I went towards the end of the sale so a lot of items were not available. The items I did like were not on sale. This was my first purchase in Pandora and if the other items had been on sale I would have purchased more items

was looking for starter bracelet and one charm and was shown a set that i purchased, however the clerk failed to recommend a set that was highly advertised thru out the store that was 20.00 dollars cheaper. although she did offer to refund and exchange for the lower price, i did not have the time to do that. the sad part of the transaction was that one of the ads for the cheaper set was only 1 foot away from the clerk

I was satisfied I just off in Ohio and only visit that mall once a year so I will visit stores around Columbus ohio.

There were two women working. One was very friendly and helpful. The other was just helping and seemed to look like she didn't want to be there.I made my purchase with in 15 minutes. In and out. The way I like to do shopping.

The sales associate I believe was new and didn't know The location of the charms that I seen in the catalog.so she did ask the manager and manager directed her to the proper in the inventory which was good.

The workers seemed to have more knowledge of the merchandise than the manager did. That was a red flag for me. I understand new charms come out every 3-4 months but if the workers are trained to know every charm and bracelet then the manager should as well.

I walked in the store and I was already getting weird looks like I was going to be an annoying customer trying everything on and not buy anything. Then a sales associate calls me over and I wanted to try on this bracelet I liked and she just left it on the counter and I didn’t know how to put it on so I literally had to stand there and wait for her to come back. And then I said I wanted to look at necklaces and she just pointed me to one table instead of walking around with me. By the time I found something I liked she already had new customers and I was just standing by the counter annoyed. And after 15-20 minutes after standing there I finally got helped out and at that point I almost just wanted to leave because I was so upset with how I was being treated.

Everything thing was good not enough selections and you were running a special spend 150. Get free bracelet i spent over 200. But they had no more left… i would really love it if you sent me one. Cause don’t advertise if you dont have enough.
