I'm disappointed that ring selection skips size 8. I am literally a size 8. 7.5 was too small; 8.5 is slightly loose. If you aren't going to provide all sizes in store, you should at least have them available online or offer complimentary resizing. I went with the 8.5 but when my hands are cold, I have to be very conscious of the ring.

Store was crowded which made it difficult to look at all the cases I wanted to see.

The petite charms I bought were tarnished when I bought them. They were easily cleaned when I got home but would have expected them to be tarnish free/new at the store.

It takes the sales people a bit of time to help customers, therefore if there is another customer or two in the store, it can take a while be served. This is not because the sales people are not working hard or well, it appears to because of the time consuming effort the sales staff have to make to go through the store’s inventory to find what customers are looking for.

Well I was hoping Pandora sale real diamond. I was actually looking for a diamond ring for my wife, because I like Pandora Style.

It took approximately 30 min. 4 the associate's to figure out how to use and apply my coupon within the new checkout system.
