I was in the store first and I went to the register to ask were they taking names and they said no and I turn around to walk back up the front of the store and someone came in behind me and the sales associate waited on her first after she seen m walking in the store before her and ask her did she need any help and never ask me did I need any helping she seen me walk in first.

This was my first time in a Pandora store, ever! And overall, it was a good experience. The associate that helped me, Kayla, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, nice and patient. She provided recommendations and suggestions for a first timer like me, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the pricing for these items is extremely high, in my opinion. I was there to purchase a Christmas gift for my mom, but I don't know that I would purchase again. For there to be no real diamonds or crystals at those price points doesn't make much sense to me. It makes me think that I am merely paying for a nice piece of jewelry and all of the bells and whistles that come along with it (nice packaging, fancy brick and mortar location, etc). I'd like to see items that are more affordable for what I'm getting, or at least make it worth the price. Thanks

I returned the Enchanted Crown ring that I purschased in Disney Springs after two weeks due to the fact that one of the clear CZ's fell out of the ring. The ease of the return was effortless. However one week after having returned it and receiving a replacement I have had another stone from the replacement fall out. This is very disappointing as I like the ring and still have not had success with a quality piece of jewelry from Pandora.

The associate didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t really show us any charms. No suggestions. Didn’t put together to see product. Didn’t say anything about free gift
