Nothing to do with sales associates, they were friendly and willing to help. I'm just annoyed with the limited options of yellow gold charms.

Initially when I walked in - the associates where busy talking to each other - not caring about customer service. The assistant manager - who was helping someone else actually took a moment when she saw me standing unattended

I felt my Pandora experience was satisfactory. The staff was helpful getting me the items I was looking for and asking if I needed anything else. The only problem I had was actually receiving my product it took a very long time for them to wrap and give it to me after I paid.

My Pandora bracelet and charms were tarnished. Discussed why they were tarnishing. Woman sold me a cleaning kit. She did not, however, polish my bracelet or charms. I also wanted to pick up an updated book with all your charms in it as my son is buying his girlfriend a bracelet for her birthday next month. Would be a lot easier for her to go through a book and indicate what she wants vs having to look online. Very convenient. I buy a lot of Disney charms. You did not have some of the ones I wanted.

I feel like I was there a little longer than needed because the things I wanted had to be searched for. The knowledge of the items they have could of been better. However, the associate who helped me was very nice and assisted me well.

I do not understand why we are unable to see the trays like we are use to doing. Now they pull out a charm one at a time to show us but it does not give me an idea or new merchandise and without great knowledge of the employee you could leave out the store empty handed. Luckily I had an idea of what I was looking for. service kind of sucks now, and it is just not in this location

Staff did not appear willing to help. Sharp language and seemed uninterested in assisting. Seemed bothered by questions. Rushed through process and feel would have made different decisions if had more help and time. Was tempted to leave if not for my children being there wanting to pick out charms
