KOP Pandora associates although are helpful but the stocks are fewer and can't find the 17' inch silver chain like the Willow Grove store. But they provide the basic exchange service.

Upon arrival the store was busy and only 3 associates were working and servicing customers. More ppl. Showed up after me and tried to get in front of me since the associates were taking forever. Then the asian looking lady went and got a tablet after I tried getting her attention for help. Once she returned with the tablet, she took down all the white/light skinned colored folks names first and they weren't even there before me. An African America guy realized what she was doing and when asked for his name, he gave a false name and walked out since it seemed like the service received was not gonna go well. I ended up being helped by a different girl.

Sales signs displayed throughout the store but didn’t pertain to much of the merchandise. Very misleading advertising!

There were only two associates working. I waited 35min and only came in for one empty bracelet. While I was standing at the counter waiting no one greeted me or told me they would be over in a minute.

Although it was after the holidays there wasn’t much to choose from, I got a charm bracelet and was only able to get one charm because there were barely any charms

The wait time is horrible. You need to consider having an associate just for gift cards and an associate just for customer who know exactly what they want.

I wasn't given the opportunity to exchange something that was purchased online. I also had to ask several times for a box and I was told that the boxes are expensive.

The wait at 8:20 PM was lengthy, as I don't believe there was enough staff on hand. I tried calling the past couple of days, left a message and no one ever called back. The message I left was about getting a specific charm. Luckily, I got the last one. I was a little surprised when the sales person asked if I wanted to buy a cleaning cloth. It really should come with the purchase.

The sales associate was not very willing to assist with my selection and not knowledgeable of charms that would fit the preferences for the giftee.
