The charm that I really wanted this pandora did not have. I just missed the sale by a day. I wish the charms were a little less

The wait time to get into the store was extremely long, also the store was not open when it was supposed to be open

I was very satisfied with the service. However, there was a shortage of sales associates due to COVID which delayed opening, registers not being open and not enough sales persons Per customer. This contributed to lines outside of the store.

Went in to exchange and buy a new bracelet and the associate couldn’t locate the merchandise even tho it said they had it in their inventory.

Staff was very helpful with my process of returning an item. I thought the the space limit for how many people can be in the store was good as well.

was not able to exchange a gift. paid more than expected

Sales person had no clue of the prices of anything ... I had to keep reminding her the prices of different items I wanted... Ans she kept calling me babycakes smh

Waiting on a sales person, wasn't great The store was a little small to move around to look at some charm's A lot of people there. The sales person forgot I was next to be helped. Waited to long for someone to help me with seeing charm's

The place was clean people were friendly and helpful

I was satisfied with my experience...but not thrilled....I was just looking and found an item I liked and bought it...if it were free...I would've been highly satisfied...but I was satisfied with the price and pleased with the service...to be satisfied is a good thing
