Being paired with an associate for my entire store visit made it difficult to casually browse the store without feeling pressured to buy something.

You were not told when you came in that you could not walk around & look at merchandise. I was waiting on my sales person to come back & started to walk around to look at other merchandise after I actually purchased something. One of the other sales ladies started to question me as to why I was walking around the store & had I signed in & she was very nasty/her tone, etc & did this in front of other customers. I am a 72 year old lady & didn't deserve to be spoken to in such a manner. Once my sales person came out from the back with my bead that she cleaned for me I immediately left without looking at other merchandise. If I had been informed when I was allowed to enter the store I certainly would NOT have walked around the store!!!

When returning my damaged bracelet I couldn’t get the same one because it was not in stock. I had to get a different one. I wasn’t that happy about that. I loved my damaged one better.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora. it was quick and easy. The lady was very helpful and patient.

The experience was OK. I thought it was easy getting there and all, the wait wasn't bad, but I just wasn't all that thrilled with the result. I was looking into returning the merchandise for credit, and the reason being that I couldn't do it was unsatisfactory. It may have been legitimate, I just feel like there wasn't a substantive reason.

I received a coupon from Pandora that didn’t work. Also there wasn’t many sale items at all

I have bought charms through the internet which I need to exchange them, yet the store doesn't carry them and I will need to make the exchange through regular mail, which is not very convenient since I was at the store and want to be done.
