Service level was not up to par. Me making an order by phone was a waist of time. When I arrived I still had to wait and I was never notified items were not available. So that meant more time in store and I was very overwhelmed in there due to COVID-19. Thank for allowing feedback

The associate was very nice. The store was clean the clean there work area after each customer. The associate was very helpful and friendly an listen to what I wanted great experience.

I was not highly satisfactory because I was thought as a manager in retail every question a customer ask should not be answered with a no you should try your best to make them satisfied.

I can not open my bracelet to put on once I got home. Also, the sales rep that serviced me was amazing but the other sales associates didn't speak at all. Also, the charge for the silver cleaner is appalling I spent $400 on a bracelet and was charged for the pink cloth to clean my silver. Tiffany's give them away with each purchase. I was disappointed with that. But the direct sales assistance was great.

I love my Pandora bracelet. The charms are super cute. Pandora jewelry is all i wear, nothing else.

Very friendly staff. The wait time to enter the store was almost 45 mins. But other than that it was ok.

The staff was all very friendly. The store was clean. I did not have a wait to get in but a small line was forming as I left and seemed well organized.
