The selection was very minimal. The sales associate told us the store was closed at 7 when it was 8, she did let us in, though. The system was slow to process our order.

This store location was difficult to access so I was tired during my visit. And while my associate assisted me well, she wasn't very friendly. So I made my purchase but didn't necessarily enjoy my visit.

The lady that waited on me really was fast talking me in seem not to have patiences she was not listening to me as I was asking questions she was rushing me and if I would ever go back to that store again I wouldn't want her to wait on me

I have no complaints about the Service. The prices are a bit high. There should be deals offered when purchasing multiple charms and/or multiple bracelets.

I was bringing back two Disney charms & when I exchanged the them for two others I didn’t get my receipt back. I had ordered the charms online with a Disney bracelet that wasn’t tried on yet at the time & now I don’t have the receipt if it’s too small.

The experience was good! There were many helpful people in the store but maybe try to lower the music in the store so you can hear the workers. It is especially hard with the masks on.

Due to the fact of Black Friday weekend there was on two sales associates working.

Due to this being Black Friday and the store only had three associates working while another stood around and took names of people in line confused me. Why more people weren’t out on the schedule didn’t make sense. I find it unprofessional that this store does not respect my time as a customer and expects me to wait in long lines because they can’t staff the store correctly! Usually there are way more employees when I’ve been there in the past. I’m not sure if this is a company thing or a store thing but it is frustrating as the consumer.

You're dead woman got there to a sales associates were in the store with two customers we assumed we were required to start a line outside the store after a customer left and the sales associate cleaned up we're finally welcomed in the store however prior to that no one greeted us no one said anything to us or even looked at us it was though we did not exist. I found this to be extremely unwelcoming. While we were in the store another couple came to the store and did not just stand in line they just walked in again the customer was not greeted they were simply asked to stand outside store until they were called in. Other than that read a very pleasant experience
