The sales rep was kinda like rushing us like she was over it. But I spend close to $200 on 3 pairs of earrings. She wasn’t friendly

Staff was great, but I was disappointed that even though I had an appointment..... I was put on the waitlist and had to stand in line outside of the store.

It took a while to get waited on. The lady was kinda nice.She was trying to do too much at one tome

It was a normal visit... not much to say. We were able to exchange our items easily, however I wish there was more variety. They didn't carry one of the charms we originally wanted (a Gemini charm), and so we had to get something else. Nice charms, but nothing that really stuck out to us.

I was satisfied

My only critique is the amount of time I spent waiting in line to enter the store. Unfortunately, at that time there was only 2 sales persons available and a lot of people waiting to get in.

The long wait was horrible other than that the experience was fine

Everything was good, but for the amount you pay for merchandise you will expect the sales personnel to know what they are selling and to give you more options, better quality on merchandise will be something to look forward to.

the lady did not let me look at merchandise. she kept picking things up and showing them to me. I felt awkward because I wasn't asking for her opinion I wanted to look at options but the only options I was given were the 3 beads she let me see.

It was only one associate helping customers .I had to wait outside for about 7 mins until the customer was finish
