Went in for a certain charm. The store did not have it. Then asked for a second charm. Again it was not available.

The wait time to get in the store was some what ridiculous

There was nothing overly great or bad about the experience. There were only two associates working in the store, and one was assisting another customer. While the second associate was assisting me, another customer walked in and had to wait to be helped. Seemed a bit understaffed, but the experience was okay overall.

I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. They didn't have the item I was looking and this site is very small so can't walk around to look a the mechidese.

I was highly satisfied

Line was so long which I did not expect. 45 minute wait to be seen. Once I was serviced I was very satisfied.

The selection of charms available was very limited, most charms i inquired about were not available

Prices are expensive

I was called 3 days prior to make an appt for the buy 2 get 1 free sale. When i go there i had to wait about 20 min to see an assoc and it wasnt the assoc who called me for the appt. I believe she left at 17:00. Although the assoc who helped us was very nice and helpful. I have dealt with her before and she is great!! Also, when i made the appt to come in for the buy 2 get 1 free sale....i asked if that included everything in the store...necklace, rings, earrings, bracelets etc and she said yes...as long as its same price or less for the free item. Me and my Daughter are huge disney fans and always go to the disney charms. My daughter also loves harry potter and star wars. After we looked at all the charms and made our decision, we were told that ALL Disney, Harry potter and Star wars was NOT included in the promotion! I figured maybe Alice in wonderland wasnt included bc its new so we didnt consider any of them charms. We ended up buying one star wars charm and one disney charm but were unable to get a free item. We were very disappointed that these charms were not included and we werent notified before looking!

They need more Associates! The lines are to long with only 2 ppl working the store they need more Pandora’s in King Of Prussia mall ! Everyone loves Pandora.
