got the wrong size but it got corrected in store

It was a basic visit. I already knew what I wanted. Also came to get my bracelet cleaned. There was nothing special about the visit

Waiting an hour outside to shop, then they didn't have the items I was looking for.

I didn't like the salesperson coming from behind the counter to assist me.

Customer service was great 👍

The store is very small for such a large mall and he wait was long. Unlike Willow Grove people actually come through the line and actually wait on you while in line this shows efficiency.

I felt rushed. I don’t think the associate gave me all the choices I knew that were available.

The wait to goi in the store the line was so long because the store is to small .

I called ahead to see if they had an item an when I came in they had it waiting for me.

The sales person ask to many personal questions to complete the sale.
