The wait time was longer than I would have liked. Some of the items I wanted to purchase wasn’t available. This is not a big deal but the store is too small for the amount of foot traffic.

I found the same items online cheaper. Maybe there was a miscommunication in the price. Jazzlyn was extremely helpful with finding items to suit my liking.

The sales associate came across as a little "rude" in the beginning but eventually her attitude warmed up & she was able to provide us with exactly what we needed.

Pandora should offer repairs even if not bought in the particular store it has Pandora on it.

the sales rep seem to be new to the product, i was not shown other items to attach to my product. it was my first time visiting the store.

THey did not have the silver ring I wanted. It seem their stock is very low compared to others I have visited which is weird considering how big the mall King of Prussia is.

The store is small which doesn't allow for much movement. There were too many people in the store and after coming out of a pandemic it wasn't good. The selection of what I was specifically looking for was not available.

The first associate I had was not friendly. She didn't seem lilt she wants to help me and was rude. I asked to hang someone whee help me and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

They didn't have a larger amount of sale items. i would have like to buy my two daughter in-laws and daughter's the same thing

The selection at this store was minimal to say the least. There were very limited options for all size rings. The lack of inventory was a disappointment.
