They use to put out the merchandise on the counter so you can see what you want but she pick one by one didn't like that.

Purchased charms to be engraved. Had to sign something that said I could not return them because they were engraved. 3 of the charms were engraved wrong, but they didn’t give me those charms…so why did I have to sign anything. No one can use those charms they’re specific to me. Just curious.

The sales associate was new and did not know the merchandise. I had a list of what I wanted, which was a good thing. She did not know about the use of a Pandora credit card for interest free. Overall, she needs more training, especially as an assistant manager. Someone should work with her until she knows the merchandise. There were additional items I wanted to see. It wasn't worth asking her.
