I didn’t receive my receipt or gift receipt if I did I must have lost the receipt my girlfriend is a size 5 and I got a size 6 . Is there anyway I still can exchange it . I was the last customer for the night in kop mall pandora could they send me a copy of my receipt to my email anthonykelly22@icloud.com thank you

It was a little wait to go inside the store although it was surprisingly empty. However once inside I had no issues, the young lady that helped me was great.I didnt know my ring size so she pulled out a ring and it fit perfect very knowledgeable.

The wait was extremely long it was only two workers in the store and they were conversation with other guest like I wasn't standing waiting

One charm I was looking for was marked as 50% off online but in store the manger said it was not 50% off. I was a bit disappointing that online pricing was not honored in store during a sale event

On my 2nd time coming to the store I was informed that my first visit didn’t go as planned. I had given the clerk my email and at this other store on separate occasion the clerk couldn’t locate me in the system.

Mostly all Pandora stores are small in space making it hard to move around freely in the store mostly during the holidays. I was confused with the sales people pulling people from the line and allowing entrance while others in front of them waited.

There was no line when I arrived. Several INside, but no line. Seemed like every salesperson was w/ a guest however no one greeted any walk ins or even looked up as I know in retail is required. They could have cared less if I walked out being confused as I almost did. The lead looked at me a couple times but no acknowledgement however later when I dealt with her she was SUPER HELPFUL,, being a manager for a very high sales and stress store myself, I started relating to her. Sweet girl. But her staff seemed annoyed. Understandably short staffed and all, while I was buying 3 starter bracelets and charms, a HUGE line formed around the door, yet her being the only engraver, took her time and patience with me, I Not knowing much about the product. Yet the first sales rep not only seem annoyed to the point he didn't even seem to want to help nor learn the engraving as the lead was trying to speak with him about it, showing him the paperwork he walked away. If he had taken the moment to learn, maybe his job would become a bit more less stressful. Otherwise, I will be retuning for a 4th bracelet anyway. Cute product, I cannot speak on quality until we all get to WEAR them. Happy Holidays!

The White staff make people of color feel as if they shouldn't be shopping there. It wasn't until they saw that I actually spent money that their attitude changed. Very uncomfortable experience.
