Knowledge of the discount that I gave to the store

Raven was extremely well. One associate started with us but kept leaving us raven stepped in as soon as she was done with her customer and assisted us in a professional prompt manner. Please make sure raven knows we said excellent job thank you

The store is just to small. There was about 10 people in the store. And there was no room to walk around and look at the different selections.

Did not receive a credit or discount replacing a damaged charm it was past that period I am a loyal customer with extensive purchases

The selection of charms could use an overhaul or update especially if your not into the Disney or Marvel characters. Also the pricing was not correct the item had one price listed on it but came another once rang up in which had inquired about prior to making the actual purchase.

When doing the sale they forgot to give me the 3rd for free. Glad I noticed while I was still in the store

The store was small and hard to move around without bumping into people.

When I entered the store I wasn’t acknowledged at all. No greeting no smiles. No I’ll be with you in a moment. For all that I spend I should at least be welcomed into the store

The assistant manager appeared to hover over the sales associate. The sales associate was very knowledgeable but she appeared nervous. The sales associate was very patient and nice. The assistant manager was short and curt
