The sales women was great and had patience seeings how I had a large order. I was very happy with Alissa she worked with me the whole time.

I live the charms and the sale was great❤️ I love the glitter and glamour of the store a happy place bright! Lots to choose from👏🏽

I think the sales person could have been a little more in tune to what items, products were on sales.

The bracelet I’d like were not available.

The sale associate was extremely nice. She was very helpful and professional.

Sales associate, Michelle was not very knowledgeable of the merchandise and she was not very friendly initially but warmed up a little when she saw I was an avid Pandora customer. Not very good customer service which I am very sensitive to.

The ladies really don't know and they don't let you browse.... Also the i pad wasn't charged so we had to wait for another one.

The salesperson was not real friendly. Did not offer any suggestions until I asked. She also did not ask if I would like to see anything else.

I wanted a size 10 ring for my granddaughter and there were only 2 to pick from. I did buy a bracelet . But my granddaughter was disappointed of the selection in her size. Plus you couldn’t order a rose gold with a jewel online
