I had called the previous evening and spoke to Olivia C. who checked the stock of a ring I was interested in for my daughter. I stated that I would be in the next morning around noon. Olivia held the ring which I purchased and showed me a cz and enamel bangle which I loved. This was also for the same daughter. She went out of her way to find the color and size I needed. I wanted to commend her and asked to see the store manager, Lydia. I was so pleased that Lydia had just been promoted to store manager. She had helped me on numerous other occasions.

Pandora never fails my expectations. I have had issues in the past which they have replaced my jewelry. I am very pleased.
