The display was very inviting. I had no intention of making a purchase, but left the store with a few things. I only went in to have my bracelet cleaned, which they did a fantastic job on.It polished up like new! All of the sales people were so helpful and accommodating.

Customer service was excellent. I was greet as I entered the store and although they were dealing with other customers I was acknowledged every 5 minutes. The wait was also not long. Sales associate was also knowledgeable about the products, also very pleasant and always smiling.

Everyone in the store vis very friendly and they help you if you need to with putting the charms on so that it can look nice.
