sales personnel for informed and helpful. i had purchased a pendant online and was not satisfied and wanted to exchange and not return. i bought several charms on sale instead to go on the bracelet that was the promotion.

I enjoyed the Customer Service. The store was well lit and easy to see the charms. The Sales Rep. was very patient.

Great service - I had very little time to select a birthday present. I was in and out with a excellent gift that our nanny loved. The store had great selection and options, I will go back.

The sales person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. She was patient as we looked over the charms and offered advice.

The sales associate, Olivia, was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me exchange an item I was returning and then pick out other beads for my bracelet. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and make my shopping experience special. I would definitely go back to that location again.

The sales girl was wonderful and took a long time with me and my girlfriend and even cleaned my bracelet , I was very happy with the serice the sales girland the store is beautiful!!!

Great customer experience

Samantha was great. Showed me other charms and helped me to decide on purchasing them now. Pointed out the saying on the back of one of the charms.

The two saleswomen were wonderful, so helpful and took their time helping me select some gifts. They also fixed my bracelet which is retired but the one woman took the time to fix it herself.
