The quality of the service and the knowledge of the merchandise was the best part of my experience. The only problems I experienced were because it was a holiday weekend and there was a high volume of customers, and some of the stock was already sold out. That said, I could not have been happier with the customer service I received from the sales associates at that location. I will return to the store in the very near future for more charms once they have restocked.
