Sales girl helped me design a valentine bracelet and was patient with me bc I didn't know what to get. Wanted to spend under $200 and I did with 4 spacers and charms. Was very happy with the design.

Wanted to possibly exchange a bangle, I ended up keeping the one I had, but would have been an very easy exchange. I also purchased additional charms and the sales associated Samantha was extremely helpful and patient. I had a great experience in this store.

The service was fantastic! But I was frustrated that two of the letters that I was looking for was sold out on line, and in both King of Prussia stores. I wanted to get them as a gift. They said that the letters may not be back for weeks. But again, the service in the store was fantastic

the staff was nice and this helps during the hectic holiday time. Very helpful with picking out charms & bracelets etc.. Most important very organized staff.

The sales lady was extremely friendly and I was just going there to purchase a charm and she offered to clean it and come back in 10 minutes. I really love the kop location.

Olivia was my sales associate and she took the time to work through my exchange, help me find an additional charm and then cleaned the 3 additional (2 full) bracelets i bought with me.
