I always come to this store. The sales associate Nasir is very professional and friendly. Although he didn't ring me out this time, he still assisted me. I lost a ball off of one of my bracelets and helped me look for it. I will say that I was disappointed that they didn't have the charm that I wanted but othet than that I had a great experience as usual

I did not get the limited edition Bracelet because there were none. Employee called other stores and none. Highly disappointed. Really wanted that bracelet! If you have any I would like one please. Let me know. This is the first sales person to ask me to take the survey. Last time this month different store had a bad experience, I could have also gotten a $10 off for my aggravation!

Overall my shopping experience at Pandora was very good. One of the things that could have made it even better would have been a coupon or discount since the prices are high.

My associate was very friendly. I asked to see a particular charm and she showed me several similar charms. She also answered all my questions.
