Pandora Jewelry

My bracelet and charms tell the story of me. Each charm that I wanted was available. I told one of the associates what I like and she recommended another charm and it was perfect.

The moment I walked into the store I was instantly greeted by an employee whom also gave me a lot of advice on my pandora bracelet. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but it was on Sunday the 10th about 3:30 p.m. The woman was very kind and helpful. I left the store with a new pandora charm and feeling very satisfied with my experience.

We first entered the other Pandora store in the K of P mall. They sales Assoc were unfriendly (no greeting, we were ignored by all 3)and not helpful. So, we left and went to this location in K of P mall. Both Sales Assoc greeted us with smiles and offered assistance immediately.

I came in shopping for a birthday gift for my Mom. I had previously spoken with my younger brother who lives in another state and we knew we wanted to get her a Pandora ring. Samantha was very easy to talk to, and very understanding as I was on my phone trying to pick out the ring along with my brother since we could not do our shopping together physically. Samantha knew the answer to my questions about choice in metals and was very patient while my brother and I got our Moms ring size. All of the staff members were very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously knew their products! I can't wait to come back to make another purchase!

Kayla was the best. She was very detailed with the information asked. All questions that were asked were answered. She even offered to clean my existing Pandora jewelry.
