Just shopping on a whim not specifically looking for anything in particular I found some discounted charms I wanted previously but never got around to buying. The sale person was very patient as my sister and I were a little indecisive on our selection. When we arrived the store was empty and clear so we received very much wanted attention from our sales person.

Adriana, the sales associate who helped me, was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect gift for my mom for Mother's Day. By asking questions about her interests, we were able to pick out something she would love.

The Associate, Mariah was very patient and polite.

The associate, Lydia, was prompt and very helpful. I purchased two charms and she gave us a ton of information about the products, the sales, the new merchandise, signing up online, creating wishlists, and other things. I broke my bracelet accidentally and it was replaced under warranty.

This was a great experience, I was able to buy all that I needed and didn't feel pressured. I would definitely return to this location again.

Both associates Lydia amd Tashina were able too help. I purchased 2 bracelets and a charm. Before I left the store I noticed another bracelet which caused me to return one and buy the other. They were super helpful and knowledable of all the merchandise.

I was looking for multiple items that I needed help locating, and I also had questions that were answered. Yvette was very accommodating, patient, and helpful.
