When I walked in I was greeted. The salesperson (Subria) asked did I need help with anything. After I told her she took me to the item I was looking for.

The sales associate who assisted me was sweet. Another associate, wearing Mickey Ears, was even better though! She helped my associate and really connected with me. After seeing her at work, my mother bought 2 rings as well. (Her first Pandora product)
