Loved the stay

This hotel was very nice and clean, the workers were very polite and helpful

Fantastic

Food was great. Waitstaff was superior BUT we attended play at Century II and some locked door to Hyatt so we had to walk outside in cold to get back to Hyatt Reception at Hyatt said they couldn't figure out how to open the doors

Someone recommended this hotel and I was not disappointed

Was disappointed to find that the shower leaked and the amenities were shabby. Also the automatic LED light is nice, but should've been thought out and placed in a different location.
