Loved the great customer service from Stephanie and Amber. The selection of charms was great and they cleaned the bracelet for me. They also helped me to rearrange the charms...it was a great experience!

Janiya was absolutely wonderful! I came in looking to make a sweet 16 bracelet and she did a great job helping put it together. I spent a little more money than expected because of how great the bracelet came along. I wish I can shout out the other associate that supported with building the bracelet it might have been Melissa, sorry if I’m incorrect I just really think she deserves a shout as well because teamwork really makes the dream work.

I was looking for a particular charm and this store was the only store in NYC that had the item in stock. Sales associate, Denise, was very friendly and helpful.
