Every thing was ok with my shopping experience I didn’t have any problems

The price is over marked

The people could not of been more unfriendly. They wouldn’t take anything out for us to see. They asked what charm do you want instead of taking the box out and letting us look like they used to. Just unfriendly. I get it. It’s the holidays there busy but not one person in the store smiled or was friendly. Jeez. I work in customer service too, I get it. But the staff looked miserable.

You guys don’t have a big selection of charms

Need more workers cause the wait can be long.

My experience was satisfied. The store was clean, no too many people at the store.

The wait time was so long that I literally wanted to walk out the store. But I had to remain calm & wait since it was my daughters birthday & she wanted something from this store. I totally understand the circumstances we are in but at least one of the employees should have approached and apologized for the delay. On top of that then they asked if I was next.

I was holding my wife while trying to buy a simple ring we found. My wife noticed one of the employees kept looking and nudged her associate to whisper about us. As we watch the younger girl with bleached hair walk to help someone.. as she returned to the counter she went,”ew” and directed body language between us at the cashier and her associate. Felt uncomfortable, just to be hugging my wife, in a supposedly,”classy” jewelry store. All to get behind the back talk about holding my wife and getting her the ring she deserved. Seems like many establishments are following this trend of hiring this younger college generation and not aware of the trade off, how inable they are to just keep to themselves until we needed assistance.

Store associates just work there never have the merchandise im looking for and i always have to pick something else. Merchandise never in stock and associates just never really show that there happy you came to shop
