Pandora Jewelry

I love Pandora in general. But, at the Palisades Mall, the staff have gotten to know and understand their customers and have come to make their shopping experince a great one.

I was very happy with my purchased and to top of it one of my clip stone get lost when I fall and pandora sales exchange and gave me a new one. However the other clip get lost and it was not replaced. One of my charm the Dumbo elephant fell off when I fall and pandora can not replace it too, saying out of stock. I am still happy pandora was able to replaced one. I liked Priscilla the sales person, she is very accommodating and even cleaned my bracelet while am looking to purchase new charms for my daughter the blue Murano turtle & glow in the dark bee , I loved them and for my niece on her wedding gift, The wedding bells so cute. The sales persons in Palisades mall were nice and patience to show items for you to see and finally helps you the style and creating a bracelets or charms that suit your needs. I loved my Pandora. Keep up the goos work.

The customer service and cleanups the store is one of the reason for my return. Also my wife is a big Pandora fan since her first pandora bracelet (Charms). Finally charms for every occasion meaning easy gift shopping.

My sister and I went Mother’s day shipping without a clue of what we were looking for. Priscilla very patiently took her time to ask questions and listen. In the end we ended up not just purchasing the gifts for others but also for ourselves.

The sales associate that helped me was super super helpful, listened to what I was saying and helped me build the perfect bracelet. Without her help, I'd probably still be there trying to decide what to do! LOL!. Seriously, can't say enough nice things about her helpfulness!

The manager was very polite. She was very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend her to others for her amazing knowledge and professionalism.
