The wait time was far too long. There should have been more employees working at once. I knew exactly what I wanted, so my 5 minute transaction turned into a 45min-1hr long wait. Also, I was looking for a ring and hated how none of them on display had a price displayed. Because I had such a long wait time, I could have potentially bought a different ring, but because the prices were unknown, I didn't want to waste more time asking about other products I saw.

It was not clear that you had to sign up for the waiting list to be helped once you walked in the store. We were in the store for 15 minutes before someone told us we had to sign in with someone. At that point there were already 4 or 5 people that went ahead of us because we were not told to sign in.

Nothing wrong with store. It just a far location from where I live.
