Pandora Jewelry

The first ring i had i took back because it broke within a week so i went to a different pandora and it had to be replaced.

When I arrive to the store the where 3 associates and one customer, after a while a person came to ask me what I wanted and when I signaled the ring I wanted to try she gave it to me and went away, when I called her again she told other associate to help me. The last one was more attentive but didn't have much knowledge of anything. I could buy more things because I was looking for an stackable combination but due the attentions I ended just getting what I already saw previously in the website. Only when I asked for any discounts the credit card was offered to me with an offer of 10% disc. of the current purchase and vague details of future benefits. On another hand, the way the merchandise is displayed at the store is appealing to look at but confusing in the sense that, for example, you have rings all over the places, which is ok but very little is offered in the counters that are in the middle island of the store, which is the space that has a better view for the customer (rings where more closer to me, easy to look at and easy to compare). To resume, not very pleasant experience!

I had to wait a while to be taken care of. Then once I made a selection, it seemed to take a long time for the salesperson to find the price.

My first time in the store. I didnt think it was that expensive for a small ring for cz and you only get one year warranty.

Disappointed the "Jersey Girl" charm was not offered in the NY Palasades Mall.

I was not Highly Satified with my Pandora experience because when I wear my Pandora bracelet it clips some of my hair from my hand. Also sometimes when I pay the line is a bit long. Apperently some of the beads that I wanted on my bracelet did not fit.

Please be advised, the associate Pricilla T. was highly knowledgeable in regards to the merchandise. She was super friendly, attentive, and patient.

I am most interested in buying a Big Ben charm but it is out of production.
