I was disappointed after receiving a bracelet as a gift that the store didn’t have a lot of charms in stock. It took sometime to be acknowledged by a staff member. There was no warm and fuzzy feeling at this store. Then the manager boyfriend walked in with her dog and went to the back - very odd.

Associate was lovely. Store was slightly busy but that’s totally understandable! I wanted to make an exchange online but none of the items I desired were available online. The trek to the mall, then to the store was exhausting just to make a fairly simple exchange. I had to do it close to Christmas as I wanted the sale.

They ran out the bags. Waited until my merchandise was handed to me, to tell me so. Telling me “there are no bags, check with us in a couple days”

Space was too small. Crowded so kept bumping to people. Display cases should be moved to have more walking space

I did not particularly feel welcome at this location. There was a nice promotion going on, so that may have attributed to the shop getting overwhelmed, this not being as welcoming. I also felt that the sales associate had to get approval from a manager before helping us and the sale was more of a task off a list than about customer experience.
