It's not necessarily that I'm disappointed with the visit. I came to this particular Pandora because they were one of the only stores that had the item I wanted in stock. It is a bit out of my way so I don't anticipate going to this specific store in future visits.

The pricing on some of the charms are a little pricey. I was shopping with my daughter who received a bracelet for her birthday.

I already knew what I wanted. I didn't need any expertise from assistants

My issue is I do not understand why you would offer rings in all sizes. I was told the rings do not come in size 8, however you website did show size 8 available at certain stores. It was misleading.

The store needed a personal that can talk Spanish and other language

Sometimes the sizes in rings are out of stock or no 4.5 size available in several design is like to buy .

The staff is very helpful and friendly, as soon I walked in someone was there to greet me. I’ll be back soon for more charms.

Pandora is an amazing store, no doubt at all amazing rings and creations of bracelets, but one thing that I kind of disagree with is the high range of prices or high prices in general. But overall good.

All of the merchandise was not out and visible. The girl had to go through drawers to get to other charms. Display is the problem

One of the rings that I wanted to get was sold out in my size both in stores and online, but they wrote my name down and said that they would call me when they restock the order.
