Pandora Jewelry

While i was looking at bracelet, i save pics on my phone, that when i realise i couldn't find my phone. I was in such a panic, thinking i lost my phone, sales rep was cold, no concern, i ask if could try to call my number , her response is i don't have my phone on me, no empathy, she just wanted a sale. I am sure the store has a phone she could would suggest trying to locate my phone, thank God, after calming down, and thoroughly looking through all my shopping bags, my phone was found.

I was highly satisfied with the availability of the particular ring I was looking for. Tgey had my size as well. I also made a second purchase of a ring I had an eye on from last year that was on sale so I was able to purchase two rings !

I felt a certain negative opinion and attitude

The charm I received looked dirty. It was the only one left however so I took it. Checkout was speedy. I liked that someone came out the store to hand me a book to browse so that I could quickly make my purchase inside

I wanted certain charms and the charms weren't at this location. I think that certain items should be well stocked. Zodiac charms weren't available

The sales associate was very abrupt, I have shop in that store many times and her people skill was not happy.

I found a bracelet I like but it did it have my size

Service was ok

The Pandora store is small. They are only allowed to have 6 people including staff inside at a time. This tends to create a line every time I am interested in shopping there. To avoid this, there should be a setup where potential customers can be able to make an appointment thus, no long lines.

The credit card company, Synchrony, refused to re-instate my credit card
