I went for the "Big" sale and it wasn't much of a sale. There were a minimal selection. It was literally only two display sections.

Was very help the cashier

The sales representative was what I can only think was a new hire, and was not completely sure on how things were done with an exchange from an online order. It took way too long for me to complete my transaction.

Too many people around and obviously staff were not enough for a fast attention

A necklace a bought broke and they couldn't fix it.

The store assistants were amazing, the bracelet I was purchasing was my second one - the first pleas lost because clasp broke. I love the design so I wanted to get the same one, just hope it will not break so easily again
