We had to wait a few minutes for an available worker to come and help. Once someone was available, everything was fine

There was not enough staff to help customers. I had to wait online to get in the store as there was only 1 person at a time for 1 sales clerk. I could not browse the store without the sales girl walking around with me. I felt pressured to be quick because the line outside was growing. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. I would have bought something else but I felt pressured to check out because people were outside watching me. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

Nice store set up. Sales person was very nice and helpfull She asked about getting engraving a charm. And I did not know Pandora had that feature

I took my bracelet to get cleaned. The associate was very enthusiastic to help but then only did half the job. She placed the bracelet along with the charms still on in the solution and gave it back to me still dirty and told me I could take the charms off and clean them one by one when I got home. I asked her to take the charms off because I wanted everything cleaned. So she did and then broke my clasp to my bracelet and blamed me for it. The manager was a sweetheart and tried to fix it but it was broken. She replaced it. But the associate was upset that I called her out. You never blame a customer and then tell them " I don't know what to tell you"

I love all my jewelry from Pandora! Also the sales associates are always nice when I go. I will always recommend Pandora to others who are looking for rings, necklaces ect. I own over 10 rings and necklaces and bracelets from Pandora. Always my favorite place to shop for jewelry. Also in love with my 2 new rings I just purchased!

I had no issue partically with the store or the sales associate. The issue I experienced was with Pandora's credit account issuer Synchorony Bank. I have a Pandora account with a balance of $1000. I came in the store excited to buy the entire Star Wars collection and the sales associate stated my account is not activate to make the total purchase. She was very lovely and helping that she called Synchrony and they stated they decreased my credit limit from $1000 to $98 due to my credit history report. This is not good!. I pay my card on time and the bank felt they had the right to determine what I can and cant buy. Pandora Synchrony bank is not a good credit issuing bank for your credit cards . Please switch to another bank.

Great customer service

The service was on point and helpful. The store was very clean. It was a wide selection of choices to make purchase.

She was very helpful and the service was very quick and easy. Although I did return one ring I got something that I love so much.
