Three sales associates chatting with eachother behind the counter. I was the ONLY customer in the store, yet no one greeted me. When the sales rep finally came over she was disinterested and I felt she did the bare minimum.

Associate had elbows on counter and looked bored. Asked for assistance for the items I was looking for. Only showed me what I asked for. Did not show any more merchandise. Informed me that one of the rings I was going to try on would not fit me.

Tap to park or Apple Pay with my Apple Card was not working and I was forced to pay using my physical card. This may not seem like a big deal to you but using the Apple Pay feature gives me 2% cash back. The associates explained that the issue was with Apple but your store is the only one that has this issue while using Apple Pay.

I felt I was rushed!! Associate kept looking around I had to ask her if she needed to help someone else?? Or if she was doing anything else?? I felt I waited longer for my turn Outside the store to be out in less than five minutes… Maybe you should advise customers that they only have five minutes or so to purchase/exchange. Not a good experience this time! I miss previous employees. I guess the store has new employees ??

The sales person was helpful with looking up my previous order which was very helpful!

I had to wait sometime before anyone actually ask me if I needed help.

i wanted to have my bracelet cleaned but the machine was broken.

very limited specials and sale items. No perks for regular shoppers that dont qualify for credit card but i manage to always shop here. Quality of some of my charms are turning an off color its no longer rose gold more like half and half associate claims due to showering with bracelet on.
