The salesperson, Anya, was extremely helpful. She provided assistance with selection of charms and created a beautiful arrangement for my various charms. I originally went to the store simply to have charms that were recently given to me as a gift, place on my bracelet. However, because of Anya's assistance, I purchased three additional pieces. As a result, my bracelet looks lovely and is reflective of my personality. Thanks Anya!!

The staff is amazing and willing to help....I actually went to the outlet at Woodbury Commons and would never return there, very rude employees. I always shop Pandora at the Palisades Mall and will continue to go there.

Pandora has really good customer service. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I went to one store they didn't have the item I wanted but they called another store and hold for me.
