The customer service woman who helped me was incredible! I did't really know what I was looking for. I was trying to buy some charms to add to my Mothers bracelet and I truly thought I was going to leave empty handed until she helped me! I told her what the bracelet "theme" was (Black and White charms only) and she immediately went into action and found two wonderful charms that met the needs I explained. I can honestly say that without her help I may have left without a Christmas gift that day. Thank you for all the wonderful assistance you provided.

I had only a vague idea what I wanted. It was my first time shpping in the store. The associate (Priscilla T) was immediately attentive and was obviously trained to work with people like me without a specific agenda. She helped find earrings and a necklace my girlfriend will love.

The purpose of the visit was to change a bracelet that was damaged. Once the Service Rep inspected and she corroborated that indeed was damage she proceed to do the exchange. Very nicely and courteous personnel that certainly make you go back to see the wonders of Pandora.
