I was satisfied with how quick my purchase was. The knowledge of the sales associate and the way explained and helped me throughout my experience. It was an amazing first experience.

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me about free cleanings for my bracelet.the store was bright and cheerful.

The sale person was very patient. She knew all the items that were on sale and also what was available. Also made my exchange very easy.

The sales associate Priscilla that assisted me was very helpful. She showed me charms based on my interests. My first time buying a bracelet and charms was very enjoyable.

We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. I explained how at the last Pandora I went to (my first Pandora experience) the sales rep told me that the bracelet needed to be tight. I told her it hurt....she insisted it would stretch. At this store, they explained the sizing process to me and agreed that the bracelet was 2-3 sizes too small, not surprised that I wasn't wearing it. She helped me pick out the Disney charms I wanted and showed the Limited Edition charm that sees with the pouch that of course I had to have. Palisades Center is a bit out of the way for me, but that will be my store for adding to my Pandora collection.

Dana was so super helpful, she made great suggestions and she had a lot of product knowledge. There were many options to chose and she was so patient.

The staff members who work at pandora really do look around to help find what you are looking for. And I was finally able to get the item that i was looking for. I was super happy when the representative was able to help get me the bracelet I had been looking for.

Very friendly work staff. Love the Pandora products. Used the holiday catalog to show the woman who works there exactly what I want and she was able to provide it for me.
