My sales person which was Anya was so polite so pleasant so patient. It was an amazing experience especially that I have poured in that store before it’s refreshing to go in there and find great customer service.

My experience at Pandora is always, and I mean ALWAYS enjoyable. The entire sales staff is helpful, friendly, knowledgable about the merchandise and always ready to go beyond the ordinary and ask if you'd like your current Pandora bracelet cleaned while you shop, or offer some design advise if you want it. They manage to do that without being overbearing or pushy and are truly helpful. I never mind paying a little more for good quality merchandise and valuable sales help. I always feel like I really get my money's worth at every visit. Plus the girls are so sweet, sometimes I'll be in the mall and just stop in to say "hello"... but then I usually wind up buying something for myself or for a gift. Good jewelry is my only vice.

Renee was very helpful and knowledgeable, she advised yet didn’t push. Very patient with me and my mom, very polite and professional yet friendly. I’ve never encountered a problem with any pandora rep but I wish there were more Renee in your company.

As soon as I entered this store , the salesperson, Priscilla asked if she could help me. She was interested in what I was looking for. She took the time to show me all the items that matched my search. And then made suggestions for another visit. She was so very personable and helpful. I am looking forward to going back to this Pandora store and doing business with her again. She is certainly an asset to the Pandora name. And may I say this was my first visit to this store.
