I hadn't worn my bracelet in about a year, it was completely dark I tried to polish it a bit before getting it into the store. When I got to the store the employee was very respectful I dropped off my bracelet. I came back in about an hour and the bracelet looked amazing. The employee even had gave me tips on how to maintain the bracelet clean for periods of times that I'm not wearing it.

Anya was great. My transaction was without hassle and she was knowledgable.

The associate was very knowledgeable about the product. I inquired about a charm that I had seen many years ago and she knew the one I was speaking about but also knew it was not in production anymore. She found next best suggestions to help fit what I wanted.

The second I walked into the store I was approached by a friendly woman. She helped me pick out two charms to give to my girlfriend for Valentines day. The overall experience was great, I did not feel pressured to buy anything and they were very helpful. They also let me know that they were giving out free cards to give on Valentines day. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family, everyone was so friendly.
