Comfortable with asking questions about items. Salespeople were knowable about items in store. I was shown new items being marketed.

The service associate was very knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to meet my needs. The associate was pleasant and just a breath of fresh air. She provided me with instructions on how to care for my bracelet but did not just stop there, she demonstrated the process. Sorry I don't remember her name but she was just awesome
