The sales associate was very helpful. I like the way she greeted us and guided us through the selection process.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a welcome. A sales associate then asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I was undecided on what I wanted but the sales associate was very patient and showed me all the jewelry that I wanted to see.

By walking in a got greeted with the most friendly welcome by Priscilla and the other sales associate. I had got a ring as a gift and one of the little diamonds came off, I was really disappointed it came off but Priscilla did everything she could in order for me to leave the store happy. Really appreciate her time and effort in looking in her inventory to find the ring for me.

My overall experience was good, friendly environment and knowledgeable customer service.
