The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very kind and personable. Went into the computer to see my recents purchases so I didn’t buy the same charm again for my daughter! I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes! Always a pleasure to shop there!!

All staff I met with were friendly, knowledgeable, and really wanted to help me select the right piece for a friend's gift. On the back screen behind the register, there was a video series with interviews about jewelery and I enjoyed watching those to see how others wear Pandora. Traffic was managed really well at this shop in particular.
